I am looking for a talented and enthusiastic social media and creative content assistant who will collaborate with my team to provide support to deliver content strategy at a critical growth period for my business.

You have an interest in the wellness industry and a demonstrated passion for personal branding, social media and communications evident in your own blog and/or social media presence or from brands you have worked on and for
You have a strong knowledge of social media platforms and the correct way to use them
You are Brighton/Hove based or willing to travel here twice a month (most likely every other Wednesday)
You perhaps have some experience in lifestyle brand marketing
A creative all-rounder, you will ideally be a wordsmith as well as being comfortable working with audio visual content - photography, graphics, podcast editing/production and video. This is fundamental to the role - the expectation is you will hit the ground running
You are ambitious, committed and able to deliver to deadlines
You are curious and interested in learning about the industry
You are looking to thrive primarily behind the scenes as well as support in front of the camera when the necessity calls

The role and responsibilities:
Support to execute a creative and impactful social strategy for Lucy Sheridan’s online channels
Co-present Facebook and Instagram Lives with me including question selection
Co-manage my social media channels, ensuring that they are always up to date
Collaborate to develop creative and forward-thinking ideas that are analytically sound and will help grow our online and offline presence
Create, curate and manage all published content including action of feedback and amends (text, photography, podcast, design and video)
Engage, monitor, listen and respond to community members from time to time if needed
Compile reports showing results, explaining these and making recommendations to take forward, on a regular basis
Monitor trends and suggest innovative use of social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
Occasional outreach to handpicked outlets and brand collaborators, with my strategic guidance, comfortable helping get us in all the right places utilising all the right channels
